This product is really good & sounds like a full drum kit, however it is quite complicated trying to set all the memory for different songs. However we think it's 80% more reliable than most drummers

Great to use with the BeatBuddy
If you have a BeatBuddy and want to gig with it, the footswitch is an essential purchase.However, I couldn't get my BeatBuddy to play things I needed like 50's rock 'n' roll so I continued to use backing tracks. Sold the BeatBuddy and also the footswitch about a week after getting it.Can't fault the footswitch though, good build quality and easy to integrate with the main unit.

Definitely a necessity with beat box mini. Love it.
I returned the first one erroneously. I thought it wasn't working correctly because the right button wasn't stopping the music, as it did when I first plugged it in. Worked beautifully. IMPORTANT. you have to use the cord that comes with it because it's stereo. Needs two black bands on the 1/4 " jack. I used a shorter one that only had one black band and only the left button worked. I figured this out when I got my replacement. It's awesome1
