Why did I wait so many years before getting one?
This item is my first steam cleaner, I researched the product before buying to make sure I was getting a decent one at a good price. I followed the clear instructions, waited for the temperature to be reached then attacked my bathroom, all the little nooks in the shower door, the grouting around the toilet, the dust and grime located in areas only a very thin toothbrush could reach. What a revelation, why didn't I get A steam cleaner years ago! The cleaner is very easy to use, strong but lightweight to move around. The dash of steam reaches everywhere thanks to the useful attachments, which are self explanatory. I moved on to my oven, oven grills, then all the little buttons on my washing machine that get residue but cannot be cleaned properly, the inside rim, the joints between the skirting board and the floor etc etc. I didn't run out of steam once, the machine worked perfectly, and the results are amazing. So easy, useful and affordable. I highly recommend this steam cleaner.

Toy steam cleaner
Honestly. I know this is quite a budget item. It makes all the right noises but frankly its useless. Initially tried it on some grout, useless. Then on car upholstery, marginally better but very time consuming. Any regular use it would probably fall to pieces. Its like buying a cheap hoover compared to a decent one. If you are planning on using this for cleaning a car dont waste your money go to a valet centre with a proper steamer and save yourself a lot of time. As for in the home I cant see what it can do that a general purpose cleaner and some elbow grease cant. Its a pity you cant use no stars or minus stars

Good steady high pressure steam.
The pressure washer, comes with a measuring jug, funnel, three detail attachments (1 angle tool, 1 wire brush, 1 nylon brush each brush about the size of a milk bottle top). It comes with two extension poles, a carpet brush that also attaches a cloth to convert to a mop (1 cloth supplied), a window cleaner blade tool, which un-clips to convert to a clothes steamer, and a couple of adaptor things to attach these tools to. The small tools fit inside the front of the machine, and as they are the same colour as the holder, can be a little hard to see. It uses distilled / purified water, not tap. I guess with the water added it only weighs two or three kilos, it's not heavy and is quiet manoeuvrable, but you will need to becareful on the stairs due to the short mains cable and machine hose.So the machine itself seems well made, the manual could be a little more helpful on how to attach some of the tools, as whilst some of the bigger tools and poles have sprung buttons which slide into a hole on the other tool, the smaller tools and heads screw on to the adapter heads, this is not immediately obvious. The large knob unscrews completely allowing the water to be added, it has washers which are supplied as spares (and there are free replacements on the order card supplied UK - Tools cost extra.)You fill the machine whilst off, using 1.7 litres of water, now the jug is just 700ml - so that is pretty stupid., anyway once filled using the supplied funnel, the knob is screwed back on, the tools attached, and the machine switched on it has a rubber power button, a power light and a steam light which goes off when the thing is ready.(The light comes on and off during use, as it heats up, so ignore it once first heated.) It is advisable to press the handle button with the head over a bowl / cloth as the initial steam may drip until it is fully hot. There is a locking button under the trigger, it's a little fiddly to press but does then mean you have constant steam with out having to hold the trigger, make sure you have the small screw on tools fixed on securely as this machine really does throw out a lot of high pressure steam, far more than a steam iron!, I have tried all the tools they all work well enough and I have not melted any of the brushes. It has successfully cleaned some dark traffic stains from a carpet, got the grime of the inside of the oven door, and sanitised the overflow in the sink - sending a strong column of steam out the plug hole! The window cleaning tool does work, but it throws out a lot of water too, so you will need to put paper towels down, but it did get grease and muck of the kitchen cabinet doors. If you have not used a steam cleaner before, you need to use it with a cloth to wipe up the dirt that it loosens, as it is not a carpet washer or a vacuum, it is a steam jet like a pressure washer in garage but using steam, so you scrub or push the tool you are using, and wipe with the cloth straight after and you will be fine. The mop tool is good, it holds the microfibre towel (use the white ones you can buy spares on Amazon as Efbe's are expensive) and it simply clips the towel on firmly using spring clips (like a bull dog clip) so it is not fiddly and it did not come off when I cleaned the tiled floors. Of course the floor is made a little wet, as the floor is cold and steam condenses, but if you have allowed it to reach temperature before first using it, then the floor will not be soaking wet, it will dry quite quickly, holding the head over a stubborn stain, such as near the dog's bowls got it off with little effort after a 30-40 seconds of steam, and 2 or 3 goes, which was impressive. What I did not like is the hose is very prone to kinks, and the water has to be distilled unless you live in a soft water area (de-scaler is not recommended in the manual.) The instructions are too vague, and in this day and age why they do not have some on-line videos is quite unacceptable. The power cable is only a couple of metres, which again is just too short and annoying. Steam time is quoted at 40 minutes, and worryingly the manual says if you smell burning, it's probably out of water! So whilst I actually managed to do quite a bit, before refilling it would be nice to have some sort of indicator to know when to re-fill, instead of guessing (You can re-fill by first turning the machine off, pressing the trigger until all the steam and air stops, and then carefully unscrewing the re-fill knob. - BE CAREFUL it will be HOT. - FAILING TO USE THE TRIGGER TO RELEASE THE STEAM WILL BE DANGEROUS!!!) - This is NOT A DESIGN FAULT, all such machines are like this. The steam pressure is clearly very strong, and far more than other "mops" on the market, at 3 bar, these other TV machines do not give indications of the steam pressure, but this one is 3 bar - which is a real jet of hot pressurised steam.Overall it seems to be a good machine only time will tell, but I think having a full sized jug, being able to use descaler and some YouTube videos and at least another mop cloth is not asking for too much.

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!
i am so disappointed with this product. Runs out of steam after 10 mins then you have to wait hours for it to cool when u can re-charge it with water. Also, not having a water level gauge is a major draw-back! Buy Cheap, Buy Twice!UPDATE: 2 weeks later product has given up providing more than 5mins steam. It is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! How do I get a refund?

Flimsey product but ok for price
OK steam cleaner, a bit flimsy had to return first one as the hose got twisted internally and even with instructions could not untwist. Replacement is OK as I'm taking care with hose. But the spring that holds cleaning cloth in place keeps popping out. OK floor cleaning and squeegee window cleaner handy but not a patch on Viacal for cleaning round taps etc.

Great machine!!
I have just taken my new steam cleaner out of the box and gone mad around the house with it!!! Seems great! So far have done vinyl floors, around wcs, removed two stains from a cream carpet and refreshed the remainder of it! I think I will be exhausted before it runs out of steam!! I had one of these before and the springs for holding the cloth in place were faulty, so I returned it. I'm glad to see that they seem to be much more sturdy on this machine! I like that the majority of tools are on board, so you have them with you when you need them.I really like the bright yellow colour, it's bright and cheery, and the red and amber lights are like two little eyes! I realise that I have used it only once, but first impressions are good!

Very disappointing
I am really disappointed with this steamer. I used it in the bathroom and to be quite honest it did not clean anything at all. The grout and tiles all looked the same after steaming. All the steam looks good but it does not do anything. I even spoke to customer services incase I was doing something wrong and they were very helpful, but none of the tools shifted any dirt or discolouration at all. I used it on the floor and that was a bit better but a hot bucket of water and a decent mop do a better job. I was hoping to clean the whole house but after my experience today I will be packing it up and sending it back.
