Impact driver is awesome, but I find the drill does not have enough torque to drill into walls even with brand new bits :(

Excellent delivery service
Excellent delivery service, l had expected an instruction/safety book with the product, but none was included, l contacted Parker Tools via their web page requesting information but as yet have not even had an acknowledgement. With some searching l was able to find the answers to most of my questions, l don't consider this to be very satisfactory.Otherwise up now the product is excellent.

Dont waste your money
Complete and utter junk. The drill motor burnt out in less than 2 months with very little use. The impact driver worked half the time and the chuck bit would not hold a bit. That motor burnt out a few weeks after the drill did. Just went back to trusted dewalt.
