I flew to Poland recently and got this fire retardant bag for my Fodalite Pro wheelchair battery's. when I booked the assistance, they were super pleased I had this bag for my battery's . As the battery's can Not go in the hold with my chair. the bag sat on the floor out of the way . very easy to use and complete piece of mind, as I knew they were fine and not damaged. I used a BBQ Fire proof mat to keep the battery's separate and top and tailed them for extra safety. and even had enough space for my Joy Stick and cup holder. worth every penny and good quality. I recommend this bag for all those going to Fly with their Foldalite Pro Power Chair and all that have similar type of battery's.

Good quality well made easy to carry battery

Bought this to store and charge my ebike battery safely and it’s brilliant. The material feels super tough and properly fireproof as advertised. Gives loads of peace of mind when leaving batteries charging overnight. It’s a good large size too – plenty of room for big ebike batteries without cramming them in. The zip is strong and the bag seals up tightly to contain any risk. Only small thing is it does smell a bit rubbery when new, but that fades pretty quick. Essential bit of kit if you use LiPo batteries.

I'm sure this is a quality product but it wasn't big enough for my battery & therefore I had to return it for a larger size.

It was a gift for my son for his bike battery. It was the right size, and it is a very convenient bag for storing the battery. Good product!

I ordered the Bag yesterday 24-08-2024 and it arrived the next day. I wanted the bag so I could charge my newly acquired E-Bike battery with a certain level of confidence after seeing all these horror stories on the media of exploding Battery packs. The battery arrived on the bike about 80% charged but I would not risk placing it on charge until this bag arrived. My policy will be from now on to place the battery in the bag and charge it in the garden on a glass table. away from anything flammable. I can leave it there most of the day or overnight with some level of confidence that should any mishap occur at least I still have a home.....lol... I placed a plastic container with some Air Vent holes cut into the side and placed it over the charger pack next to the battery FLASD bag, the holes allow any generated heat from the charge unit to escape with the box protects the unit should it rain whilst charging. The FLASD bag seems to have a rubber coated outer cover like those waterproof dipped gloves you can buy and is double zipped and the Velcro Sealing band is very strong. This is a sturdy product for the money and would buy again if anything happened to my current one....Highly recommended.......Great value.....Dont risk charging any Battery's without considering one of these Charging and Transport bags....... Great quality and perfect to store and carry your batteries in especially with all the electric bike fires happening at the moment I wanted to be extra safe

I bought this bag for peace of mind when I charge at home, and to take with me to the office for their peace of mind too. So the bag travels with me up and down the stairs on a daily basis and in my panniers to the office once a week. Initially the bag is fine. However, after a few months use, it turns out the glass fibre construction has poor durablility. Small bumps or scrapes can create holes, and the stitching of handles and seams comes apart. I bought this in March, and already had to repair it by late summer. Now it's November and I'm looking for a replacement. Not only do the seams come apart, but the fibres start to come off and just like with glass fibre insulation it will irritate your skin. Definitely had to wear gloves to repair it. Ideally these bags need to be lined inside and out to contain and protect the fibres

I have been using the FLASLD fireproof bags for several years now on a daily basis. Luckily, I have not had a fire incident but I remain confident that these bags will give me some reaction time if ever the worst should happen. Built to last.
