Great product and supprt
So firstly, this came with a US plug. I then contacted support in the UK who have posted a new UK plug for me - amazing service. As for the frame itself, it is easy to use, easy for friends and family (you have allowed) to add photos and it looks great.

Non std. plug provided for uae
For uae a BS std 3 pin plug is not provided. Needs a conversion adapter to go from the 2 flat pins to the 3 pin 13a socket compatible plug. Pain.

Amazing product!!!
We just adore this digital frame! Love the endless memories, the fact that it plays 30 seconds of videos in both orientations, that you can upload pictures from any phone, from anywhere; it's simply the best. If you're wondering which frame to get, do not hesitate to get this one. We've had it since Father's day, and my husband has it plugged in his office for those moments where he needs a pick-me-up. I got another for my parents that they will receive at Christmas and I can't wait to give it to them because I know they'll love it too!

Ease of use, unlimited photos, good display
I find this display excellent and used to remember our dogs life throughout 15yrs. The frame is good quality and easy to use, the photos and videos are displayed in high quality. Very easy for family to share photos on it. I would highly recommend Aura frames and will be buying another to display grandkids pics. You will not be disappointed with an Aura frame, highly recommend.
