Ultimate Desk Chair
A must have desk chair for those who spend long hours sitting in front of a computer. The chair arrived quickly and came with all the necessary tools and instructions. The assembly was quick and can be done by one person. Everything from the box itself to each part felt high quality, especially for such an affordable price. Once assembled, it was actually bigger than I thought which was perfect since I worried a bit about the size. It’s super comfortable all day with an ergonomic design and a nice, plush cushion. The mesh feels nice especially since summer is coming up! And it does a great job supporting my back. The chair is light weight yet very stable with a nice wide base and the wheels roll super smoothly too which is a huge plus. I like that the armrests can be raised to fit under my desk easily no matter how high I raise the seat. It tilts backwards nicely and can be locked in place as well, with the same handle under the seat that controls the height of the chair. Overall I love this chair. It’s comfortable, ergonomic, affordable, looks and feels great. I highly recommend it!

Quality, Reputable and Responsive
Im a frequent buyer on Amazon, but not frequent reviewer, this company is a stand out overall from many experiences Ive had. First off the assembly of this chair is a snap, it is well packaged, and the quality is much better than I expected. The quality of the seat cushion is of a firm but comfortable-conforming type of compression when you sit on it, Ive had the chair for coming up on a year and cushion of the seat has not changed. The adjustable tension for the back rest is adjustable so that it more or less tilts back with different resistance to your leaning so that when combined with the mesh back rest is customizable to make for a very comfortable chair. its so comfortable I have no problem sitting in it all day which I cant say for many chairs I have had. The thing that really impressed me was there customer service, I had a problem with my arm rest so I reached out with a email and had the issue resolved inside a hour with a response email in two days that the item had shipped.... all inside a week problem solved !! very impressed, great chair, great customer service at what I believe to be the best price considering the competition.

Great chair, a few cons
So this chair was pretty easy to put together even just after having carpal tunnel surgery I just had my teenage daughter help me. I really like this chair although At first I felt like I was falling off there is a slight tilt towards the front compared to my last chair. I work from home so it actually is a really comfortable chair I don't have any back pain the lumbar support is amazing. I like the fact that I can actually pull in under my desk now my last chair was too tall. My biggest complaint is that when I go to answer my phone or move the chair does make some creaking noise in the center and I'm not even at the maximum weight. The arms flip up very easy so I can just flip them up and Slide the chair and completely under my desk and that works great in my tiny bedroom/office.

Awesome chair!! Highly recommended!
My old office chair wasn’t the worst but I needed a new one since I’ve been converted to working from home full time. I figured it was time to invest in a good, ergonomic chair since I’ll be spending a significant amount of time in it for both working and for using my computer or gaming after work. Two main things I was looking for: an ergonomic back that sits higher than my current one (the most basic office chair with a shorter back that hits my shoulders) and a comfy seat that doesn’t hurt my legs. Of course it had to come with the basics like, wheels, tilting, etc. I chose this chair because it seemed to be the best one at its price range and the armrests were a bonus — which I didn’t care for at the time of ordering it but I appreciate quite a lot now for the added versatility. First impression of sitting in it is that the seat is super comfortable. You can kind of see that it has a shape to it - it’s not just a flat, uniform shape. It’s a lot fluffier, a bit softer, and noticeably thicker than my old chair. It saves my legs because I tend to be hyperfocused on my computer often. The back is supportive especially with the extra height and the shape of it helps with my posture. The adjustable bar in the back is another feature that is a nice-to-have (though I do think the mesh is supportive enough). Overall I am super happy with the purchase and I’ve been recommending it to my coworkers as well. It’s comfortable, it’s supportive, and all the functions feel incredibly smooth. It feels like a higher-end ergonomic chair without breaking the bank which was the deciding factor for me. If you’re in the market for an office chair, this is a solid option.

Leg Broke Off After 3 Months Back Broke Off After 6 Months
Ok, so I got this back in April. It's now July. That's three months right? Well that's how long it lasted. If you look closely at the product picture there's a seam on top of one of the legs. Well that's because for whatever reason that leg is the only one that comes detached. Why does it come detached? I couldn't tell you. The box it comes in is big enough for it to be a single structure base like it should be. Anyways, during that three months it was an ok chair. Once you get past how terrible the foam padding is. The arm rests are short and the foam is barely a quarter inch thick. The seat has about 2.5 inches of what I can only describe as that basic yellow spongey foam. You bottom out in it pretty fast. The "lumbar support" sits so far back in the chair that it doesn't actually do anything unless you force yourself all the way back. And at that point you kinda go past the cushion. The wheels are made out of rubber which is the only thing I'm going to give them credit for (at least for the thought). They stay out pretty well and don't roll out from under you when you go to sit. However, they will pick up literally everything they roll on top of and it's pretty gross. Now, on to the leg. I'm not rough on any of my furniture whatsoever. There's not really any good way of sitting in this where it feels stable unlessyou put two legs in like a tripod position in the back. This causes an issue because if the detachable leg ends up in the back it very very quickly becomes an issue. The plastic that the base is made out of is pretty soft and that's where the biggest flaw is. Any time you lean back you put pressure on that leg if it's in the back. The plastic that it goes into is rather thin but the actual wedge on the leg that slots into the base is solid. Lean back too many times and that plastic flexes, wears out, then splits. A couple days before the leg broke out of the base I was confused why it seemed like it was leaning back and to one side. That should've been my first inkling that it was breaking. When it did break it dumped me backwards out of the chair and onto the floor. My recommendation for them is to make the base one solid base. Don't add more failure points than you have to. Literally one of the first rules of design. Adding a detachable leg overcomplicates things. I'd also recommend that they add a sixth leg to it because really it could've used it. Or at the very least switch the plastic that's used and give the detachable leg a little more to slot into. Less than a quarter of an inch for the walls is not enough when the wedge on the leg is solid plastic. Its been 6 months since I bought it. I just had to buy a new chair because the back broke off of it. DO NOT BUY Tldr: don't buy this. Idk how or why this chair has so many high reviews. Wouldn't be surprised if they're paid for because while it's a cheap chair, it should've lasted much more than 3 months.

Great deal!
I am really happy with this purchase. The install was not hard at all - very easy (though I’d suggest you look at the pictures more than the words as some instructions are not 100% clear). I was suprised to find out the chair is quite big (wide) so if you have a big butt, you should be okay. The chair seems durable - time will tell - but do note that the legs have a very plastic-y look to them. The lumber support is great though and so is the tilting. Overall, 5 stars - exceeded my expectations. Update: the chair has lopsided and is not as stable as when I first installed it. I reached out to return it but due to it being a hassle to return it, I accepted 20% return and kept the actual chair. I have not been able to fix it and it is still lopsided. Aside from this, it’s comfortable. Lowered my stars from 5 to 3 for this reason.

Great customer service!
Neo Chairs has great customer service. Had the wheel base break. Normally would be upset, but was told to contact Neo customer service. Sent them pictures of what broke and proof of purchase. They immediately responded, apologized for the inconvenience, and stated they would make it right. Three days later I received the new base and wheels. Took me less than 5 minutes to replace the broken parts and I have a new chair again. The response, care, and speed they put into the replacement was amazing. Kept me updated every step of the way. Thank you, Neo Customer Service, for your positive care. Oh, and this is a great chair. Comfortable, supportive, and easy to move around while sitting in it.

Confort & Lightweight!
Just got my chair! Husband had no assembly problems at all! I can already tell this chair is sturdy, great! I've been through 3, 4 chairs in past few years.🤦♀️ This is the 3rd brand new chair my dear husband assembled for me. 🤪 Others were just too roomy/big, too heavy, not comfortable, not right adjustments, HEAVY, so HEAVY ugggg, so heavy that my low back pulled when scootching/rolling just a couple feet over to my lightbox from work table, UGGGG. I do believe already this is the the one! I'm 5'3", 60 yrs old, 125 lbs. I needed & wanted comfort, support, adjustable features, lumbar support, a lighter weight chair... this has & is all those! It feels SO nice just at first test sitting, fits, feels like a comfy fav pair of jeans.😁🤣🫶🤣😁 Try it! If you're like me, you won't be disappointed. 🫶
