Good, sturdy item
This is a good item. Sturdy, useful, inexpensive. It arrived quickly and picked the part up which was inside my sons car light housing. Unfortunately a bulb needed changing and a metal washer has fallen into the light housing again. This magnetic pick up is nowhere to be seen😥 I will probably order another before the week is out.

A useful tool
Bought this mainly for picking up pins and needles from the floor. A useful tool.

Robustly made tool, a little over engineered for my needs since it would be more practical in a workshop environment rather than a "transportable" hardly noticed shirt top pocket aid to picking up car keys. I have severe problem reaching down rather than retrieving nuts and bolts dropped into critical engineering projects. The buyer should realize that the stainless steel with the magnet does not fully retract into the case and is pretty much as the photograph fully contracted. A sturdy piece of kit for the workshop or the home but I have acquired a super lightweight one for my shirt pocket. My inadvertency to give it five stars is a little unfair since it does do what it says on the tin.

solid piece of kit
Strong magnet, though the magnetic head is larger than some other magnetic pick up tools, so might not get into the smallest spaces in comparison. Also the magnetic head doesn't articulate/is not mounted on a ball joint. However, the magnet is prob strong enough to compensate for this if the thing you are picking up is a bolt/screw of something small.

So handy
Great for picking up metal from awkward spaces. Trolley coins had fallen down side of handbrake in car…. Collected them all. Great item to have.

Well made grip let down by weak magnet.
Looks pretty good and is fairly sturdy. The one I got is black which I prefer as it won't end up looking grubby. I bought this to free something that was trapped and blocking a drawer. It failed. Why? It's a pretty weak magnet.Certainly nowhere near a 10kg lift on it. Maybe I got a weak one, but it's definitely not as strong as claimed.

Everyone should have one !
Lovely and very handy tool to pick up metal objects or fish them out of awkward places . We actually managed to get our baubles out of our Christmas tree, as they had a tiny bit of metal at the top. It was so easy. No ladders , no balancing on arms of chairs. Super tool.

Description erronée. Annoncé pouvant soulever 4.5 kg - complétement faux. Ne soulève même pas une boule de pétanque environ 700 gr. Très décevant, ne pas acheter. Eric G

Habe mir das Werzeug zum Geocachen gekauft, es ist ein MUSS für jede "Cacher-Grund-Ausstattung". Gute Länge und kräftiger Magnet - genau, wie es sein muss.
