Since, this is a metal and not flexible , it is not possible for me to stick it on the back side of my car(not a flat surface). Any suggestion?

It only sticks on 3 points with the double sided tape. As long as those 3 points are touching the surface of your car, you should have no problem. Hookem' Horns!

I’ve leased my car. Can this be removed later without damaging the paint?

I've leased my cars also. I've never tried to remove the emblem and the dealer has never mentioned, complained, charged me or asked me to remove it.

Can this metal stick to a fabric jacket?

Not really but you can always try!!

I haven’t removed it but I know you can use a hair dryer to take one off. As for re-use, you’d have to research 3M adhesive tapes.
