2003 Honda Pilot Worked. Had to fix driver door lock actuator first but then they worked. First it seemed they werent working and customer was trying to say "the old fob worked no problem". But I was like well something broke between when you got new batteries and now because i can tell you driver door actuator is not functioning has nothing to do with programming. I bet that he didn't have to pay labor only parts if I was wrong and switched actuator and nothing changed (not an easy job on the pilots) but had to pay me if I was right. Sure enough showed him with door off actuator plugged in new one worked, old one nothing. So installed new actuator and these keys work fine so far. No idea on longevity.

Easy to connect

Let me posit this the instructions suc sax because they leave out one key point the last step. Follow the first 3 steps as instructed, when your done with the last step IMMEDIATELY take the key out of the ignition and wait 30 seconds the fob should work now. It is actually pretty good I can lock and unlock from across the street. Of course I had to fix the locks in the first place LOL ergo relay and fuse LOL typical.

I followed directions on the website. Remote is easy to program. It will unlock the 2004 z Honda Pilot but will not lock doors. Since unlocking is more important to me it's not a huge deal. Issue is more likely with my 19 year old car and not the remote.

Perfect for my 2005 Honda Civic!

Can not program to my 2003 Honda Civic. So I called my Honda Dealer who says in 2003 a key fob is not even listed in there system only a blank key. They thought it was an after market which doesn’t make sense. So I guess I am out of luck and will continue to use my old one that likes to set off the alarm when I put it in my pocket.

I have a 2007 Honda and noticed over the months that when I pressed the button on the remote it was hit and miss. I tried changing the battery and it worked for a while then would give me trouble. I checked the circuit board and cleaned the button connections but still to no great outcome. Finally on a cold night in Sam's parking lot it wouldn't open the door. I thought, "here we go for big bucks working with the car dealership to fix!" I thought by chance maybe Amazon might have something I could buy and try to fix myself. Sure enough, here was not one but two key fobs for under $25.00. It stated that I could program myself with easy instructions. I went online to see what I would have to go through to program the key fobs. It was a little confusing all the steps you went through but I felt I could do it. The key fobs arrived in new condition (without the Honda emblem) and a web site to go for instructions. There were also batteries already installed in the fobs, so I went straight to the car and followed instructions. It took me about 5 times, but I was able to program the car with the fob and it has been working well. I know the dealership would have charged a lot more than $25.00 to fix. I was happy with the purchase and so will you.

No directions of how to setup-useless

Does not work for 2005 honda civic LX. Should be clearer in description and correct this. Ordered from another seller and they worked first time programming.
