Recomiendo esta faja ,de verdad que me funciono no habia tenido suerte con las fajas ya que estoy muy godita esta se me ajusta perfecto con su extencione , finalmente ya no uso la extencion y estoy feliz la uso sobre todo porque paso mucho tiempo sentada y eso me ayuda a tener mi estomago recojido y mejorar mi postura

I love the waist trainer but disappointed that it did not come with the extended piece to make it larger if needed.

I loved this but it burst after a year. Really gave back support, defined my shape n made me feel n look good. I bought a size large.

I’m 5’4 155 and my waist is about 30 inches I got the small and it’s the perfect size it is a little scary when u first try to get it on because it’s so tight and I struggled alot but trust me you will get it on and once you use it more it will be easier to put on. I see a big difference when I wear it
