A taste of home
I've been living in Spain for many years and now have a fourteen-year-old granddaughter. Despite her being born in Spain and having a Spanish father she's become a real Anglophile and lover of English food, so I cook things for her, especially English puddings like apple crumble which cry out for custard. She absolutely loves this custard, as do we all, I'd forgotten how yummy it is, and all made from good ingredients with no nasty additives. It's a firm favourite now with all the family, including the Spanish side.

Gift for a charity
Bought for a food bank charity from their wish list. Reasonable cost

This is a very delicious not over the top sweet custard from Britian and I see now they have raised their prices for a case which used to be $34.00 and now it's $41.00 and the same goes for the rice pudding. I won't buy it anymore and I will find a store on line that sells it much cheaper.

The order arrived late. 9of the tins were towns badly bashed. I am convinced that he damage did not occur during transit as they were very well packed and the inner package could not move within the outer box. Therefore I can only presume that Logan Mills wanted to get rid of damaged tins that were in their stock. The last time I ordered custard from them I received 3 tins of custard and 9 of rice pudding!! As with this order the majority of the tins were badly damaged. I would not recommend ordering their products

I suppose I'm use to a rich yellow English custard. This is much milder and more like a vanilla sauce you would expect in America. I'm surprised since I'm familiar with this brand. It's okay though. I'll use it.
