If you're like me and you landed here from another app that told you this can work wonders for your IBS - please do not make the same mistake I did and do your research. The effects could be excellent for someone with IBS-C but absolutely tragic for someone with IBS-D. I’ve taken this for 45 days. I’m not sure that it’s done anything for me but I haven’t had any bad side effects.

There is only one other brand that makes these in capsule form. I've been using the other brand for almost a year now decided to try this brand because of a better value even though the mg is a bit lower. Turns out the healing effects are a lot faster than the other brand (maybe because this is organic?). I'm very happy will continue to use!

No side effects or bad after taste like some vitamins have.
