The socks are made from breathable cotton material and the heel area contains a thin layer of silicone along with essential oils which makes the socks smell great! These socks are specifically suitable for cracked heels. My feet are 23 cm in length (Uk size 4) and the socks fitted me well. One can also use for trekking but I would recommend a thicker silicone heel pad which is worn on the feet around the heel area as this reduces pressure on the heel for long distance walks and the use of silicone toe protectors to prevent friction of toes rubbing against the shoes. Please note for those who are color conscious: This maybe trivial information. The description says color of the socks are black,grey and pink. However I received it in light blue, purple and beige and it's not returnable.

This is good to cover your ankle and protects from cracking, but if you wear and walk it folds

The product is excellent and of good quality. Very very comfortable and serves the purpose. I am very happy with the purchase. It eases the ankle cracks into a comfortable painless walk.

It's good but could have been better the silicone part is not that good

Too small. Not useful for adults. The silicone coating is damaged with in a week of use. May be due to stretching to suit bigger ankle. Manufacturer should have given option for size

Got three pairs. Using these socks at night after applying crack cream. Silicone inside is really soothing. My feet have improved a lot. Giving 4 stars as one of the three pairs had hole in it near the elastic part.

Honestly, these moisturizing heel socks are a tiny miracle. They fit well, are comfortable, & softened my dry heels in ONE NIGHT. I have used them w/lotion & petroleum jelly, but they work equally well with just the gel heels. 3 per pack is a good number. They can be worn during the day w/shoes/slippers or in bed overnight. This is an amazing product for a good price. I highly recommend.

Works well. Heels feel good when you remove them. I dont like sleeping in socks, so I like that the whole foot isn't covered. Obviously the other half of your foot isn't getting moisturized, but if you're just wanting to focus on the heel, or you don't like your toes confined when you sleep, it's a good option. I apply a homemade coconut oil based cream first, then wear the sock overnight. It is kind of awkward to walk in them if you have to get up, but easier with flip flops on.
