Would it be able to boil 640ml in less than an hour?

Mine did not work at all so I sent it back!. I bought an ISG Hotplate Stirrer instead which is really good and a dream to use !!! I have not measured if it will boil 640ml in an hour - you should be able to calculate that from the hot plate power output.
