Different colour pills.
They seem to work well. Gym needed obviously but nearly a week in and I've finally got arms... I buy them one month they're red.. Then white the next month.. I wonder whats with the change in colour

Have used it alongside a weight training programme. Have used it for over a few months now and has had no effect on mass. Searched for a long time to find a product to help, unforunatly this one does not live up to what it says
