Yes this product does work but please be aware it says on the capsule all the tab that you require eight of these tablets a day you do the maths there's only 90 in the jar

I was having weird side effects such as headaches and sore muscles I wouldn't recommend, This item has caused me nothing but physical pain , I stopped using it on last week Thursday, now i'm aching all over from not taking them these caused a heart Perpetration and general unwellness, I pray and hope this isn't permanent , I hope no one uses this product.

They seem to work well.Gym needed obviously but nearly a week in and I've finally got arms...I buy them one month they're red..Then white the next month..I wonder whats with the change in colour
