No effect on bloating
In my case, they weren't effective at all. Compared to other probiotics, I find other probiotics to be much more effective than these.

Don't appear to work as well as the alternative products
Just a hype waste of money i've had far better products ones you just take once daily and they work these are annoying. these have had heavy advertisements through social media platforms and influencers. Maybe for someone who's never tried a digestive enzyme that really works this might take the edge and maybe some reviews are real i'm happy it helped hem, but I wouldn't recommend them there are far better products on the market. The best i've tried has an artichoke on the packaging I don't remember it's name though.

Amazing after 7 days
I have taken a few gut bacterias now and this is amazing, i feel a difference after 5 days, less fatigue and more predictable toilet journeys. I feel confident to go out for long now. Initial use makes your stomach abit grizzly, but thats just it getting used to this new bacteria
