There is sudden no sound out of left or right channel?

First, check and make sure the Optical, 3.5mm and RCA interfaces are connected well. Or change the other Optical or RCA cable. Please power this optical to 3.5mm converter via 5V 1A PLUG, which make sure this DAC converter has enough power.
