what is the approx. size of the extra large patches please

Cannot remember the size but they were not small and I would call them pads rather than patches and very effective. Relieved my pain and I intend to order more to keep at home for emergencies.

how thick are they - will they be invisible under a tight dress on my back?

They are quite thick and wrinkly. I don’t think they’re suitable for a tight dress.

Are deep heat patches good for sciatica back pain

I find these plasters amazing - they give me around 8 hours warmth and certainly without them I would be totally unable to move! I find they stick well and stay stuck in one place despite the amount I toss and turn through the night!
