The glass charging stand, is it a plug or USB?

It's a plug but the carry case has a USB charging option.

How long is the warranty

Not long enough. Bought mine September 2019, Died Feb 2022. (four months past warranty) Exactly the same fault as the previous one I had - The rubber seal around the vibrating head failed and water got in.

Does the toothbrush turn off automatically after a couple of minutes use?

Yes. It has pre-set modes like Deep Clean, Gum Care, Sensitive etc., each with a specific duration. Once the duration has passed, the brush switches off. I believe duration is within 2:30-3:30 minutes, but you have detailed descriptions with the toothbrush you can check.

Has anyone found some small round brush heads, similar to the Oral B's, for this product on the after-market

No philips dont use round head design. Their brushes work better because they dont use small round heads. So if you find them they arent genuine philips and void any warranty you would have with the brush
