I bought these drops after I told my driving instructor I had been feeling anxious and he recommended me to take these.Firstly, you get a lot of product considering how small the bottle is, so it’s great value for money. This bottle has lasted me for a number of months, and I found it really helped alleviate my nerves and anxiety before driving lessons and my driving test - which I passed first time! I’m not sure if it’s psychological, but the drops really helped me to feel calm. The smell and taste of the product is very pleasant, it has a floral/herbal scent.The size of the product is great as well because it’s easily portable, you can fit it even in something as small as your pocket (I imagine this would be great before giving a nerve-wracking presentation!)Since I passed my driving test I wanted to find another use for these drops so I didn’t waste them. I have always struggled with insomnia so I’ve since been using these to help me sleep. I have found my sleep quality has definitely improved - I take a couple of drops before bed with a chamomile tea, and I’m out like a light.Definitely recommend!

I waited a while before writing this review just to see how it worked over time.To begin with I thought this was a miracle dropper; I fell asleep far quicker and I thought my sleep on the whole was better.After about a week I found that the effects of this lessened and it sadly just stopped working all together.It could definitely work for other people I imagine so I would say it is worth a try.The taste is okay and it's easy to do the droppers.

Really good, this stuff has helped my quality of sleep and has helped me stay asleep throughout the night. Does give you some weird dreams though!
