The overall width is about 2 inches and the width of the reflective material is about 1.5 inches, so the description of the product is correct. The material is soft and flexible, just like the type that are sewn on safety vests, so you can sew it on just about anything. Note that it doesn't have any adhesive backing. I haven't tried to wash it yet, but I hope it will stand up well. I tested the night time reflective brightness with a flash light and the tape lights up in the dark very well. The package was mailed from the factory in China, I ordered it on October 27 and had an expected delivery date between November 22 and December 12, but the package arrived on November 9, so it was a pleasant surprise. I'd buy it from this vendor again.

The reflective tape is very good to put on motorcycle pants on the back of motorcycle jackets or for every occasion if you like visibility the cars from the right and the left can see you. I recommend it 5 stars

Not very durable. I am a tow truck driver and made a couple shirts using this and after first wash the reflective stuff is falling off.Not very happy
