How do i get my ladder out of my tree?

Chop the tree down, then remove the ladders then glue the tree back together. It's what I did.

What is the height of the top step when in use?

If the hight of the top step is 19 inches (around 1.5 feet) then it's a very expensive tall footstool. I think the person asking wants to know the hight of the top step from the ground which on the 4 step version is 93cm (approx 3ft)

How heavy are they to lift

HiThey are quite sturdy, so reasonably heavy. I tend to carry them from the side when moving them, it helps with 'balance' and I don't find them too heavy. I'm a 5'1" woman of a 'certain age', and I have no difficulty moving them from room to room.
