Rustic A-Frame Chalkboard - 40"x20" Wooden Standing Sign with Markers & Stencils, Handcrafted Sidewalk Display

I LOVE THIS BOARD! I bought it a year ago and use it heavily. I take it outside at a Farmer's market every weekend. It is very sturdy. I've had some big gusts of wind blow it over on asphalt several times and it held up find, just a few scrapes on the wood. Where I take it, it's very windy. Usually it doesn't blow away but if it's super windy day I use solid weights on the metal brackets and it stays put just fine. I use chalk markers and which are notorious for being difficult to wash off, but on this board the chalk markers wash off well without a residue. After using it heavily for a year it's held up extremely well. Only negative is it's a little heavy to carry, but it's heavy because it's strudy and well made, plus it helps keep it from blowing away.

A car ran over it and it didn’t bust! Not light-weight, but it will scoot across parking lot or flip over in 15+mph winds!! We anchored it down and now it doesn’t move. Stencils are restaurant specific and very nice. One chalk marker came dried out, but the other three were great. Looks nice

This has worked great for our food truck this season! I've used this to list specials and our socials, and it's worked great. I've used primarily chalk markers and they been great to clean off even if I've left them on there for a couple of weeks. I've used disinfectant spray on the board a lot and it hasn't damaged it. The wood boarders can leave tiny splinters in your hands if you're not careful, but its not a huge deal. Overall, this has been a great board for us to use this season!

This is my board for fmy farmers market booth. Its been great. Things erase nicely which is sometimes hard. Perfect size and not too low to the ground easy to read in front of a table. Very sturdy packs well, and the wood hasn't taken any blemishes yet and ive used it a ton!

I used this for the first time yesterday at a holiday sale where I was selling my handmade pottery. It looked beautiful, just the rustic sturdy look I was hoping for. The writing surface seems like it will be durable and it erased well in areas where I had to re-letter. My one suggestion for folks buying is that the four pens that came with it are not great. They are just four primary colors and have rounded tips--instead of chisel. Maybe that works well if you are using the stencils, but since I was hand-lettering they were not very artful. I luckily had ordered a set of Versa Chalk pens. The colors were lovely and the chisel tips allowed me to write more artfully. Someone at the holiday sale complimented me on this chalkboard and asked where I got it. Well done.

This product exceeded my expectations. It arrived neatly wrapped. It’s made with solid wood and looks very professional. I love the variety of stencils and the liquid chalk markers. It’s absolutely beautiful.

Purchased for my house which is on a busy street so I can communicate with neighbors. Sturdy, the chalk pens worked well, lasted through entire rainstorm on election day. When drying off it had a natural pine smell instead of something creepy or toxic smelling, which is a BIG deal in this day & age. Stencils are excellent for a restaurant, although not generic enough for a private citizen most of the time - I did use a couple squiggles and "TODAY" and they look nice. Since then, kids have been using daily for pretending, teaching, math and drawing with normal chalk. It's fantastic.

We use these for our church to advertise events and services from the street. Great quality and extremely useful. Has a good weight to it.
