I have been taking curcumin supplements for a while now & I find that they really have such a beneficial effect on my tennis elbow & painful knee. I found that the capsules started working within 2 weeks of starting them & although i still have a bit of pain in my knee it is remarkably better & the pain in my elbow has gone! I will carry on taking this brand as they are a brand I trust, its just 1 capsule a day unlike another brand out there & I find that they are easy to swallow. Totally recommend these.

I have had a knee problem since May 2017 and was struggling to run my usual 8/10K. I damaged my knee in preparation for a half marathon.Since taking these everyday my knee has improved dramatically .I am now back to where I was before.This isn't scientific evidence and my knee may have improved on its own but I feel there is a correlation.I also had a week snowboarding in Feb this year 2018 and the only day I felt any discomfort was the day I forgotto take the Curcumin.It is Turmeric in general which I am endorsing and not this brand in particular. I am sure Curcuminfrom other brands is also effective.
