Can this be used on Gtechniq ceramic coating?

Yes. I have a Gtechniq treatment on my car and use this all the time, especially in Winter. It sits on top of any other coating. I swear by it as it increases water beading and helps keep car clean (or easier to wash) when you don’t have time nor inclination to be washing the car.

I'm guessing NO. I believe there are specific sealants and coating for matt finish paints. This very well might streak as this product and similar can streak on gloss paint if not used properly.

I think you are barking up the wrong tree here, It has sio2 in it not scotch guard. You can download a data sheet to be sure.
