I have used many of Bob’s Red Mill products for a minimum of 10 years. They are high quality. The workers are the owners of the company. I love supporting this grassroots company. I use this flour in fine texture for all my baking. Many recipes are online for using Almond Flour. This brand is so good. It comes in fine and course texture. While more expensive than traditional wheat flour the Company, flavor and gluten free components are so worth it.
