Harry Potter - Wizard's Chess Set - The Noble Collection

Bought for my grandson who is a Harry Potter fan. He loved the chess set, the pieces are very intricate and of good quality.

Bought as a Xmas present. Love it.

Just like in the pictures ! Pieces are made of hard plastic. Foldable thin chess board. Overall great!

Have been pleased with this purchase, the draw being the figure sculpture, more than the board, which nevertheless stands well with other comparable boards in Monopoly and Cluedo sets. Supplement it with your own board, if you can. The only negative observation about the figures is that the interlaced fingers of the queens, easily one of the most noticeable features in the film, have been fairly botched. Otherwise, the sculpture is excellently well done and the the plastic used feels much better than the 'cheap' report given by so many reviewers on Amazon. The set retails on the high street for £50, but can be had cheaper online. You would have to like the set as it was shown so formidably in the film, for the fidelity to the figures in the film is very high, even with this rather small reproduction.

This chess set was bought for my grandson who loves most things Harry Potter and since he’s recently learned to play chess we were able to kill two birds with one stone and he absolutely loves it! The pieces are based on the chess game that occurred in the film and not Harry and Hermione characters etc, but it’s now his favourite chess set .

My daughter was very very huppy to have this chess set for birthday.

Mi ahijado está encantado con este regalo. Es muy fan del ajedrez y Harry Potter, y ha sido un gran acierto. Las figuras son de plástico pero están muy bien hechas. Y que puedas guardarlas en sus respectivas bolsitas está muy bien para guardar y no perder las piezas.

映画のハリー・ポッターのチェスのシーンを見て大興奮した甥のために、プレゼントとして購入しました。届いて一度だけプレイした後は、もう触ることすら許されず、大事に自分の「宝物」ケースに飾ってしまいました(^_^;) 喜んでくれて良かったです。
