Moen grab bars are user-friendly and easily installed
I am a pro general contractor I purchased 4 of the Moen grab bars to install at a customer's home. These grab bars have a beautiful glacier white finish on the stainless steel and they are very sturdy and holds up to 500 lb. If you purchase the 16-inch grab bars you can easily install them into the studs instead of using anchors in the drywall the flanges have several holes all the way around the flange which makes it easy to install the screws through the drywall into the studs. Moen is my go-to grab bars great quality made with stainless steel so they will not rust. These grab bars also comes with a flange cover that covers the screw heads and gives it a finish look. I give moens grab bars 5 Stars and I recommend them 100%

Perfect for horizontal installation between studs with 16 inch spacing
We bought a bunch of the Home Care Safety Textured Grip Stainless Steel Bathroom Grab Bar, Peened, of various lengths, to replace the insecure towel bars and to use as grab bars for the bath tubs. This product meets our expectations in sturdiness, functionality and appearance. Nowadays the studs are 16 inches apart, but ironically our local supplier doesn't provide grab bars of this length. We are happy to have found this item online.

As described
Have bought a total of 9 of these grab bars in various lengths (shower remodel, WC, and tub/shower combination) and they all seem to be of good quality. Have not had any of them long enough to be able to tell if there is any rust issue (would be most concerned with the mounting bracket and screws under the end covers) but so far, so good. They look good and the peened surface gives a nice sure griping surface. While a contractor installed all 9, it is a relatively straightforward installation with the right tools (a stud finder, a tile bit if installing through tile, a regular bit for piloting the screw hole, silicone calk (squeezed into the piloted hole to prevent water penetration in a wet application - be generous) and an impact driver (since these are to be, ideally, screwed into a stud, a power driver is sure nice). If there is not a stud in the right spot, in order to provide a secure grab, special wall inserts are required (the last thing one needs is to grab one of these bars to prevent a fall and have the anchor pull out of the wall) and they are not cheap.

Good appearance; sturdy mounting
Added these grab bars as part of a bath remodel. Secure fastening system. The white bar "disappears" against the white tiles. Not institutional-looking.

Bar is great but could use better screws
This bar does exactly what it should. It was easy to install with one small issue. I was installing it with screws directly into a stud. The Philips head screws that were with the bar were marginal at best. With a new bit in my cordless screw driver two of the six had the Philips head strip out. I ended up using all different ones of the same length and diameter that I got at a hardware store. No issues with the different screws. They even looked and felt better than the ones supplied. If you are screwing to studs you may want to think about different screw hardware.Color is good and looks like it will hold up for a long time. Was the right size for both length and diameter for what I needed . I installed along a wall by a toilet to assist some older generation frequent visitors that appreciated a little help standing up.
