Lightweight and durable, these shoes are my go-to for day-to-day wear. The smart, simple design and black colour makes them really versatile - I even wear them to work! I have to admit the price had me a little worried: but they were perfect! They are exactly the same as the shoes I have bought directly from Vans. For anyone worried about sizing, although the title of the listing says 'Kids', any of the sizes without 'Child' at the end are adult sizing. (I am a UK Women's Size 6 and bought the '6 UK', which fits perfectly!)

These fitted as expected and were offered at an excellent price. I wear them for work and they are comfortable to wear and seen pretty sturdy. I have really narrow feet so these are a little wider and bulkier than I would have liked, however they do the job well and nobody has given any negative comments about them looking to bulky so I think it is more my issue as apposed to the shoe. ***** You are very welcome to ask any questions about my experience with this product. Perfect for purpose and good price. plain black vans with black soles which complies with work uniform policy. Very comfortable even at end of a 10hrs shift. Good quality and easy to clean.

They are good for when I am on my feet for multiple hours a day they are comfy, they bend all different ways without leaving an impression. The only issue is that I have had to add special insoles to the shoe to make them even more comfortable.

Great quality and comfortable. I find the canvas thicker than the more cheaper brands, which can only be a good thing I hope. I'm normally a ladies size 6 and these come up more like a 6 1/2. It's good for me though because sometimes a ladies 6 can be a bit snug. These give me plenty of room for my toes to spread. I've had a pair of Atwood previously and they lasted a couple of years with a lot of use. I did the garden in them and they went through the wash a couple of times. Very happy with them.

I know Vans produce quality clothing and footwear, made to last and I was confident in purchasing these trainers in a size 5 online. I thought as a skater brand they may be larger than they were, but they are a perfect fit, really soft on the inside and a dark black, unlike a lot of the cheap imitations. As there is such a sale on right now and Margaret Atwood is one of my favourite authors, I couldn't resist paying just £18 for these in the Black Friday Sale and collecting them from an Amazon locker the next day.

Look great on, no reason to believe they are fakes (noticed other reviewers thinking this was the case due to the price) as they are great quality and all the details match my other pairs of Vans. Bargain price, really comfortable on, but based on other reviews which said they ran small I sized up by a half size and I'm glad I did as that was the perfect fit. Really happy with this purchase!

This is my second pair for working in the kitchen, they're comfortable, you can throw them in the wash, and the soles do have good grip - you shouldn't slip on anything other than oil or water if it's spilled on very smooth surface. They're quite durable. The design is quite universal and timeless, if they weren't covered in food all the time I'd be happy to wear them outside of work with any casual outfit.
