DOes this model include the accessory case? Not listed in description, but KitchenAid user manual says it does....

No it doesn't. It doesn't either include the small bowl. This one seems to be a discontinued model that comes with just a couple of accessories. They one that you are looking for is the 5KFP1335 (check KitchenAid's website).We bought this product from Amazon and return it when we realised - they charged us for that (no good Amazon...) Finally bought it from House of Fraser. John Lewis also had it. It's a bit more expensive, but is the model that we all wanted.

Does it come with the Kitchen Aid 3 year Guarantee?

Hi LouiseThere are two variations on this model; 5KFP1335 and 5KFP1325. The model we have is the latter (5KFP1325) and only comes with two year warranty. The other model does have a three year warranty but this is not the one supplied by Amazon.Steve

Can this chop up meat into small fine pieces?

Yes - the blade attachment is great for this purpose and you can control the speed so that you reach the texture you want .
