The central oval buttons of the original had become detached and pushed through into the cistern when operated. This replacement was quick and easy to fit, and works well.

Great replacement plate
Perfect replacement for the broken face plate we had. Easy to install too Just be careful about the pneumatic tube that needs to be attached to the plate. While it's an easy job, it is also very easy to detach the pipe from the cistern end and then it will be a very challenging job to connect it back.

It's like replacing like for like
Bought this replacement push button for my toilet as the original was broken when the pigs raided my house looking for my mate Charlie. They found him and his mate Bob marley chilling together in the bath. Anyway it was easy to install and now I can dump my load without having to put a bucket of water down the toilet to get rid of the brown nuggets i have been producing lately. Yes I know, more salad and veg... I can't help it I love a dirty doner and I'm not talking about my mates Mrs Donna.. she is filthy though! Au revoir

Genuine part easy to install
Genuine part and easy to install. I bought this to replace the same older model Grohe flush plate. Parts were identical inside and super easy to install. I had booked a handyman to replace it but received it so quickly I tried it myself. It took 5 mins to remove the old one and have this in place. 4 screws and a small pipe to attach then click it into place. The instructions were bad and I couldn't locate the instructions on there for this piece. The instruction sheet had like 8 models on it. None of which was this one. But no instructions were needed really.
