How much meat do I need to fill all the 26m of casing?

Hi difficult to be precise, but one strip would do about 3kg of meat, depending on thickness of sausage required. Remember because these are salted they will last a long time either in the fridge or frozen. Make sure you soak them at least 24 hours before use.
