1st time using Caraway Pan
"The fillet I coated with batter did not stick to the pan at all during cooking. This pan heats up faster and retains heat longer than others I've used. I've never used a frying pan with such a smooth surface — food just glides across it effortlessly. I also don't need to use much oil since it's truly nonstick. I love cooking with this pan and would strongly recommend it, though I do find it a little pricey."

I wanted it but it took me a few visits to Amazon before I actually took the plunge and purchased this incredible pan. What do I think after the fact? Well, I’ll be honest. This is most definitely the best of the best. This pan is impressive. It far exceeds my hopes for a quality pan. It truly is everything it claims and so much more. The food fries up beautifully – without much oil. You only need a little oil or butter and the food comes out looking perfect and tasting even better. Once the food is cooked, it slides off the pan without an inkling of resistance. This pan is one that taught me (for the umpteenth time) that sometimes expensive really is better. Not always. But in this case, the expense is definitely worth the dollar. This pan is like the BMW of pans, It is quality. It is beautiful. And it does what it says it will do… cook your food to perfection. Just buy it! You won’t be disappointed.
