Cheap and nasty
Initial impressions were very poor -- the power supply casing was wonky and looked like badly-matched pieces of metal screwed together. Wired up an existing (known working) power lead to the AC terminals, hooked up my LED controller board, plugged it in and... nothing but a quiet ticking from the power supply. Checked voltage across the pairs of DC terminals and got an indicated 0.28v in both cases; somewhat short of the 5V expected. I wasn't expecting top-notch kit for £18, but this failed to meet even my low expectations.

Seems great value for money
The output voltage was accurate and I’ve run the power supply for extended periods at its full 60A rating completely effortlessly (the fan did kick in after a while but that’s expected). Running an LED display that switched between a 1A and 60A draw (depending on the image) also worked just fine although the supply breaks its silence a tiny bit at full bore - but this isn’t load enough to annoy.

Poor Quality
It may only be the outer case and may well be a one off but I don't even feel safe enough to even test it to see if it works. Already in the bin.

Great
Great power supply which does what it says on the tin. It came well packaged and voltage seems stable.
