I bought this to use for my coursework!I had to design a piece of promotional material for a business, and decided to buy this plate and draw the businesses logo onto it! It turned out perfect, and looks really good. The price was just right too, as i didn't want too spend too much on it, as it was for my school work. The pens weren't very bold, so i had to go over things a few times. However, i didn't put it in the dishwasher so therefore can't comment on whether the drawn on logo will stay! But great product, great buy, very pleased indeed! Thanks :)P.S the plate is quite small and isn't plastic!! Not good for small children...smash!

I absolutely love this item! I purchased two so my daughter could make a personalised plate for her nanny and myself for mothers day. There is no margin for errors though as the ink dries extremely fast!I would not recommend this product for eating off of as the ink does chip off (I tested this on the back of a plate prior to giving it to my daughter to decorate) BUT however, would make a great keepsake item to put in a memory box or even hang on a wall, which I intend on dong with mine!The instructions: wipe with a tissue, decorate, wipe again with a tissue are extremely simple to follow and I would recommend this for school age children to do.

This product was great - the kids used it to make they're own personalised plate to leave out for santa - only reason I marked a four is because the pens are a little pale on the plate.

The pens aren't very good as the colour us do faint. I used one, wrote a three letter word and the ink ran out!

We bought this in order to make a unique present for our son's great grandmother's 90th (well what do you get someone who has all they want!). The instructions on the back of the packet are succinct but clear.My first advice is THE PEN DOES NOT WIPE OFF - PLAN FIRST!! The instructions clearly say that each mark on the specially glazed surface is PERMANENT. Therefore if you need to have a specific design, plan it out.Second bit of advice is the pen is fairly faint, BUT if you go over the same place too many times it will rub off the special coating and you won't be able to draw on it. So faint is often better than nothing.Lastly, handle with care and do not use in a dishwasher. I personally wouldn't use the plate for food use as it does't look like it will take intense washing or heat. I think this is more of a decorative/novelty item.My four year old had great fun making this plate and did a really good job of it with supervision. I think it's going to make a really great present, and because he liked it so much I may buy another one at this very cheap price.

Useless gift. Firstly your not advised there is a covering over the plate. My daughter did a great design, we wiped it as advised and used it. When we washed the plate half the design had gone with bits of plastic coating left. I’ve tried to make sure the covering has completely gone but the moment you draw on the plate with the pens they fade and disappear. Don’t waste your money on this product. I have a disappointed daughter 😢

Good value for money.

Bought for a rainy day in on holiday. They were great. There isn’t enough colours and the pens are quite thick nibbed. They are very faint coloured too but the plates were a great idea.

Perfect gift for kids . Glad they are still making these as my kids made their plates 40 plus years agp

Très déçue par ce produit, j'en ai acheté 2 et au final pour les deux, le dessin ne tient pas, une pellicule de "plastique " se détache même de l'assiette !! Impossible de s'en servir.

First this plate is glass not plastic. We did exactly as instructions indicated used the plate 1 time and the ink washed off. The colors were not vibrant and you could hardly see the colors. I bought 2 and am returning the 2nd one. Very disappointed.

Love it super simpleLittle pricey

I grew up with plates that my sister and I got to draw on like this and it made for good memories. Got these for my nephew to start the tradition over, starting with a plate drawn on for Christmas! It’s a masterpiece!
