Great Support and Ajustability
I really like the BESKEY Ankle Support Brace and use it all the time! This is my second order. It’s comfortable, easy to wear, and helps a lot with pain relief. The adjustable straps make it tight or loose, so I can get the perfect fit. Plus, the non-slip grip keeps it in place without sliding around, which is great when I’m moving a lot. If you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with pain, or just need extra support, this brace is a solid choice. I highly recommend it!

Very supportive
Once you get the hang of putting this on, it's brilliant. Gave me plenty of support for a sprain.

simple and effective
I purchased 2 styles of ankle supports in order to play around with different designs to support weak ankles, and a gait-exacerbated Achilles tendon pain. Prior to having support, it was a possibly dangerous act of will to force any weight onto the weight bearing leg whilst jogging, but I was not confident that not-running would be a better alternative: thus ankle supports.I wore the Beskey Adjustable Ankle support this morning, and it made a huge difference to the experience of running. It is such a simple idea - and yet it is easy to dress/wear; and to loosen or tighten around ones foot and ankle; and I immediately felt that my ankle was adequately snug and supported so that, with some extra focus from me, the physical support of the bandage, along with my own mindset, meant that both sides of the effort were supported by the other, and I could successfully begin to readjust my gait, whilst running, without the fear that my ankle was going to split or to collapse with any wrong movement. I ended my run this morning with the predominant sense of happiness for having been able to run and to have accomplished something challenging, rather than the anxieties of the past few days, where the end of every run was dominated by pain, and the fear of what it would cost me to run tomorrow because of the splitting Achilles tendon pains that had dominated my runs in the past week. With regard to the other design I ordered, it compared unfavourably to the Beskey because it was a rather complicated and, for all this, more flimsy design, relying on several velcrose fastenings that actually weakened, rather than strengthened support for the ankle and foot. The simplicity of the reviewed product - which effectively consists of one length of (well-gripping) sturdy but flexible bandage that is wrapped around the ankle and 'sealed' with a one strong, and discrete velcrose strip - also ensures a stability of support that the more 'cut out' design simply could not replicate for my ankle. My bound-ankle fit into my trainers with minimal adjustment to the laces (I have very narrow feet). I would recommend this support to a friend, regardless of the width of their feet, as a glance leaves me thinking that any trainer that fits your foot can be slightly loosened in order to accommodate the ankle support which is not bulky.

Supportive and gives inatant comfort but uncomfortable to wear inside footwear
Supportive but hard stitched areas make it difficult to wear inside footwear. Used for planter facititis and great for wearing around house

Excellent ankle support
Excellent product and worth every penny!I had an ankle injury from a fall that didn't respond to other supports, as they weren't giving support where I needed it and preventing the movement I needed to stop. This is perfect and really comfortable to wear. When you're ready to stop wearing it, you can then loosen it off over a few days so you don't suddenly go from full support to zero. The velcro makes it easy to loosen or remove when you're sitting down for a while, so you can have a gentle stretch for a while, then quickly re-apply before you get up. It fits easily under socks and shoes.I had to keep mine on for a while to heal the injury and the wrap hasn't frayed or anything. It rolls up like a bandage for storage, so I carry it in a portable first aid kit now.

If you have big feet, maybe read this...
The TL;DR- I have size 13-14 feet.- I don't know what the injury I have.- These initially relieve the most pain out of 4 different types of ankle support I bought, but aren’t that comfy to keep wearing for extended periods.- The instructions are a bit naff, but you get the hang of it after a little while. The longer version:As above, I have kinda big feet, and I also had swollen ankles before I injured myself, so these are going to be tighter on me than they are on most people.I don’t actually know what I did in medical terms to my Anke, but I’m presuming a sprain, I know it’s not a break, but it £$%&ing hurts.I bought 4 different ankle braces in the £5-£20 range 2 sock type, one more solid type and this one. This one was by far the best for instant pain relief when I first put it on.It did also do better than all the rest when I put weight on my foot. The pain wasn’t totally gone, and I wasn’t going to start skipping round the garden, but it was a big improvement on nothing, and better than the others I tried. The only issue was that I couldn’t really leave it on my foot for more than about 30min at a time as the wrap it’s self started to become too uncomfortably tight. In the end though I’ve made good use out of this support. I put it on before I need to walk somewhere, and then I take it off again when I’m sitting down and relaxing. There’s no way I could sleep or chill with my feet up, it soon gets too much, I’ve just swapped over to one of the cheap sock type ‘braces’, but I’m not sure they really do much at all.One thing I should mention is that I am sure that trying to follow the instructions after a couple of sherries is a HIGHLY frustrating task; (ask me how I know)! They are a bit strange. But after a couple of goes it’s really easy to put it on.All in all I was quite surprised how well it worked. It really is a LOT more effective than any of the sock types.I think there’s a very good chance that someone with smaller feet than my own would get even more benefit than I’ve found, That said if you have smaller feet and they aren’t hitting the spot, maybe try going a little more extreme with the tension, it might be exactly what is needed? (Please don’t wrap irresponsibly <chuckles>).Have fun!Peas!(I know it's not smelled that way).
