i purchased this 12month to the day as my lower back was painfull i was paying £45.00 per 15 min session and decided to buy my own i have used this for the past year and i am pain free now it is the best massager out there it is a little heavy but can manage it is excellent for the kneck back legs calfs you name it i would reccomend this to anyone with muscle pain its a must well worth the moneys paid

It’s amazing. Feel and build quality is second to none. The feeling after using this machine is exceptional. You can adjust the speed to suit.

Overall it is a very good device, well built in an old school type of way. You have an ON/OFF rocker switch and a simple dial going from 1 to 5 for intensity. That's it, no other settings are available. It works great for glutes and lower back but if you are trying to reach more delicate areas (shoulders and upper back) then it becomes very difficult to not "thump" your bones as well. It is very heavy and a bit difficult to wield sometimes but the weight helps it get deeper into the muscules when you hold it at the end of the handle. We have noticed it does get warm when it is used for a prolonged period, 30 min or so and our's is missing a screw holding the circuit card in place causing a rattle inside the device when in "thumping" and a certain speed. Whould I buy one again if this broke/was stolen/exploded you ask, definatly. It really helps increase blood flow to the cramped muscules and reduces the pain allowing better sleep. Simple controls are a blessing in that I know I'm not using it on a wrong setting. Hope you found this review helpful

Quite possibly the best massage device on the market. Absolutely excellent at relieving pain from stiff muscles and knots.

Compared to battery operated percussion massager is much more effective. This unit is fair, it's heavyweight but it's meant for someone to do the massaging for you and not a personal unit. The battery operated is hand held and is much more convenient to use on a personal basis. The thumping power of a battery operated unit is far greater than the thumper in my honest opinion. But overall it's not bad, but unfortunately not for me.

I first had this used on me when I went for a massage. It was meant to be a relaxing one. However my lower back was so tight she used this. OMG! It made such a difference I went in in agony came out relaxed and in a lot less pain. So as you can imagine I went straight on here to find what it was she had used. 😱 then I saw the price. I put it in my ❤️ List and started saving. I finally got this recently. It is bigger and heavier than I imagined it to be the long handle is perfect for self use. The weight also allows the Thumper to allow the correct pressure. I had started to get the benefits from regular use. However I have had to stop as I am awaiting surgery and you should not use it under certain conditions. I can’t wait to have my surgery so I can get using it again. Also when I use it on my partners back he is asleep before the 20 min use limit is even near. Great if you want an hour to yourself to watch the telly 🤣 The price might make you think twice but honestly it is worth it.

I really recommend this product. I wish i bought it years ago when i seen it at Balmoral. Its never going back in the box. Professional use quality, never been more confident about throwing out the packaging. I know its for human physio /massage but I'd hazard a guess this is strong enough to use for horse physiotherapy too. I really hope it lasts me a long time.

There is little “not to like” on this device. Decades ago my wife and I were in a very bad accident that was a head on collision with a half ton truck at highway speeds. Both the driver and his passenger were drunk at the time. My wife spent many months in hospital in traction due to severe injuries. I also had broken bones and was unable to work for months. We were given a thumper to use during our convalescence. We found it helped a great deal in our recovery. But it finally had to be replaced as it was worn out. The new thumper we bought is a different type but it still does what a thumper is designed to do, that is, help individuals like us to minimize the pain that we suffer from injuries plus allows us to simply enjoy relaxing in comfort. Thumper is an amazing device that helps to assuage the pain that a person can develop from injuries and aging.

This Thumper is amazing! I waited over a year to write a review and still cannot think of anything negative about this product! I have used it to relieve my hip and lower back pain and stiffness. If you read and follow the directions to note how to use it correctly . . . to use the weight of the product to provide a deep tissue percussion massage . . . it works well! At first, I thought it was a bit heavy, but again, I learned to utilize the weight of the percussion head to really dig into my hip and lower back muscles. It works so well to relax my back that I almost always fall asleep right after using it. It is well made and has a long cord. Money well spent!!!
