Sports Research Omega-3 Fish Oil, Triple Strength, 60 Softgels

Great quality fish oil. I am not great at swallowing pills and even though these are large, they are smooth and easy to swallow. My doctor recommended I supplement since I do not eat anything fish wise! It does not have a smell or taste to it which ai greatly appreciate as well.

I’ve been taking these Omega-3 pills for a few weeks, and I can already feel the difference! My skin looks more hydrated and calm, my energy levels feel steadier, and even my focus throughout the day has improved. I originally started taking them for overall wellness, but I’ve also noticed a subtle boost in mood and reduced dryness in my skin. They’re easy to swallow and don’t have that fishy aftertaste or smell that other brands sometimes do. Definitely a supplement I’ll be keeping in my routine!

This is my second bottle from this bottle it’s easy to swallow , it taste good until it melts in your mouth , it’s has a great anti inflammatory properties so it’s always part of my supplement stack
