Can this be used on thighs?

It's not designed for use on the thighs but I put it across my thighs with 2 contact pads on each thigh and then sit holding it on for 30 mins. It's not perfect because you can't move about while its on but I think it might be doing something?!!

Can I use this belt on my waist and on my lower abs? Or is it just for waist?

I use it for higher waist and very low down near pubic bone.find it works better on muscles here as im trying to strengthen all the core.

Does it realy work.also do they do one for the arm

If you stick to it, plus switch to a healthier diet, and try and do some other exercise then yes it does work. The company do one for arms and legs - you may want to try somewhere like Boots so you can actually see it.

Can I use it on any other part of my body than belly?

No u can not only for stomach. But it really works on Abs . 👍
