is it a new formula or just a new packaging? is it still vegan?

Hello, I don't know about it being vegan, but it looks as though the packaging has changed - more up-to-date. I found this to be a good sunscreen; it smelt nice (not too perfumed, but pleasant), it rubbed in easily and was smooth, but not greasy. I would buy it again, as I'm fair skinned and like to use a natural product because I need to use it frequently during the summer and don't want to absorb nasty chemicals. Would recommend.
