I have used these for yonks. I'm 73 and rarely, if ever, get coughs, colds, unusual aches and pains or any skin problems. Wellman products are all top quality, excellent range of ingredients, easy to swallow size and, while they're far from the cheapest you do get what you pay for in health supplements, and at 50p per day it's hardly a bank busting cost for three supplement tablets per day.

I seem to have fewer cold/flew illnesses and less joint pains since taking these. I also seem to have more energy throughout the day. They are very easy to swallow although one of them tastes awful

Purchased this while it was on a deal and I have been taking them every day for just under 2 weeks now. I can state confidently that I can feel no real difference to my health, energy or mood while taking them - but if you do miss a day, you will certianly feel the difference then. The effects are mostly passive, only becoming apparent if you miss a dose, which then leaves you feeling tired and lethargic. The pills aren't huge, but are bigger than average pills that many may be used to. They do however leave a strange taste in your mouth when taking them, so I find it best to take them half-way through your evening meal and then carry on eating the rest. They turn your pee into a neon colour, which can be alarming the first time you see it. I believe that this is a quality product with passive/pervasive benefits that only become apparent when you stop taking them. At regular price, I do not think I will repurchase, but on deal I will likely pick up another box.
