Q: Hi! Pls help.. how do you turn off the sound or lower the volume? TQ

If I remember rightly when my boys had one years ago you couldn't turn the volume down or off, it's so annoying after a while I wished I didn't buy it I hope this helps.

Q: If you turn it on are the stairs ment to move automatically i turned it on amd just got music nothing else ?

Yes the stairs should rock back and forth and penguins will climb the stairs automatically

Q: How can find instructions for this? i cannot assemble it and children are so upset.

There are no instructions except what is on the box. There is a diagram of the pieces on the sale page for this item on Amazon. Unfortunately this answer box does not allow you to post pictures. Section 3 is the first piece which you attach to the bottom of the steps , section 5 is attached to piece 3 and goes through the tower, and finally section 4 is attached to piece 5 with the other end slotted into the top of the steps.

Q: does schylling penguin have sounds

Yes it does, it a repeated tune which for the 20th time in a row is annoying but my little boy loves it! Definitely recommend.
