Citronella Hair and Body Wash Insect Repellent 200ml

I use this as part of my travel routine when going abroad and it has helped reduce the number of bites I get. I would not rely on it alone though. You still need a dedicated repellent spray and possibly an after sun cream at night for it to really make a difference.The scent is not overpowering in the shower, but the person after you will notice it. Not unpleasant at all, just present.One tip that seems to help: I start using it at home a few days before travelling so it has time to soak into the skin. I think this makes it more effective once you are actually somewhere with mosquitoes.As a shower gel it feels completely normal. No difference to your regular product in terms of how it leaves your skin or hair.Not a magic solution on its own, but as part of a broader routine it earns its place in my travel bag. I will keep using it.

Fantastic product. We took this with us to Zanzibar but used other shower gel for the first couple of days. Despite using insect repellent spray, we had lots of bites. After using this to wash with we received no further bites, even when we forgot to use the insect repellent. Smells good and your skin feels really clean and a bit tingly. I have sensitive skin prone to contact eczema and had no problems with this body wash.

A decent shower gel. Nice smell, not too “medicinal”. Smell persists on skin after shower which would indicate that the repellent aspect of it is still effective.That said it seems no more effective than any repellent, which means only marginally effective. Advantage is that the shower gel does provide full body “coverage.

Excellent product and excellent service

I went to Egypt the first time and got bitten to death so I bought this product, a few months later I returned again and used this shower gel and didn’t get any bites whatsoever whilst others around me didI would highly recommend trying this product

This product smells ok. And doesn’t leave my skin dry. Not sure it has been of any use in stopping me getting bitten though. So I probably would not buy again

I use this regularly when travelling abroad and find it works for me. This summer we were in Provence and I managed one mosquito bite. When I got home and stopped using the product, I was bitten 3 times! It smells nice and does the job. Easy to use with good lather.

Not using as soap but as a midgie bites soother. I have a lot of scabs from midge bites that were red and angry looking. This stuff soothes, takes away the redness and stops me scratching.Next time camping I will use it as a midge repellent. If it works I will be buying this all the time.

Was soll ich sagen… mein Mann duschte normal und ich mit diesem Duschgel.Er wurde gestochen, ich nicht.Wir hatten einen Campingurlaub in Italien, wo wir uns normalerweise nicht von Moskitos retten können und ich konnte diesesmal stundenlang im Vorzelt sitzen und den Abend genießen. Außerdem sind wir auch sehr viel gewandert und auch da hatte ich Ruhe.Ja, es ist nicht billig aber jeden Cent wert. Ich weiß jetzt schon, das wir im Nächsten Urlaub wieder dieses Duschgel mitnehmen werden, eher noch eine Flasche mehr, denn nun ist auch mein Mann überzeugt. Zudem ist es gut zur Haut, schäumt und riecht sehr gut.

Ottimo contro mosquitos e altri insetti. Ovviamente profuma di citronella e può non piacere ma protegge senza ungere solo facendosi la doccia

Loved this! I used it while on vacation where mosquitoes were everywhere and it helped tremendously. Incognito is for hair and body combine it with a good repellent spray and you’ll be bite proof!
