Good product, made a visible difference
The tablets are quite big so they’re a bit uncomfortable if you aren’t very good at swallowing pills, however, I’ve noticed a difference in how strong my nails are and how much quicker my hair is growing. I do get the occasional spot but overall my skin looks clearer than it did. Do expect to be taking the tablets for a good month or two before noticing anything but that’s the nature of biotin tablets. I’ve heard of people seeing results from as little as two weeks
