This shampoo truly lives up to its reputation
This shampoo truly lives up to its reputation. After trying various anti-dandruff shampoos with little success, Nizoral made a noticeable difference within just a few uses. The key ingredient, ketoconazole, seems to be the game-changer – it calms itching and noticeably reduces flaking. The formula is quite concentrated, so a little goes a long way, and the 60ml bottle actually lasts longer than you’d expect. It’s also gentle enough not to dry out your hair while still being clinically effective. Definitely worth having on hand if you’re dealing with persistent dandruff or itchy scalp flare-ups. A staple in our bathroom now.

Part of hair loss treatment.
I got this not for dandruff, but for stress induced hair loss (not as bad as alopecia) but I noticed a huge amount of hair starting to fall out after the fall of my business. After quite a lot of research I found out that minoxidil and ketoconazole (this shampoo) are a great mix for reducing and potentially combating the hair loss. I must say it's working, I never thought it would, I was very sceptical but my hair has 100% gotten thicker over the last 3 months, and I've seen a massive reduction in my hair falling out.I genuinely believe I wouldn't be getting results like I am if I wasn't using both products.

Actually works – worth every penny
I’ve tried loads of anti-dandruff shampoos over the years, but most just masked the problem or made my scalp feel dry and itchy. A friend recommended Nizoral and I’m so glad I gave it a go.After just a couple of uses, I noticed a big difference – way less flaking and the itchiness pretty much disappeared. It’s a bit more "medicinal" than regular shampoos, and you only need to use it a couple of times a week, so the small bottle actually lasts a while. It’s not a fancy-smelling shampoo or anything, but it works – and that’s what matters. Definitely keeping this in the routine whenever my scalp starts acting up again.

Just what the doctor ordered literally.
I got this initially from my GP for my beard. The rash that developed looked like a massive bruise from one ear all along my jaw line to the other ear. It was itchy and also red in places. First use it felt like it was tingling on my jaw line. But after I had washed it out after leaving it for 5 minutes as required. The irritation was all but gone. It was bearable as I could hardly feel the irritation. Second use took it away entirely. This was the GP's prescription which was 120g bottle. The bottle here is only 60g. The exact same stuff though. And this works the exact same as the prescribed version. The bruise like rash I had on my jaw line was down to those face masks. Now the irritation keeps coming back once in a while. So having a bottle of this handy is handy. Just in case.

It honestly works.
Let me start by saying that this shampoo or should I say medicine is working. I used it twice and it actually has made my scalp smooth and clean. I don't feel itchy anymore either. I have been using head and shoulders for years and it kept my head a bit clean but it still was itchy and a tiny bit of scratching and I had Dandruff coming out. As for this medicine, I used it twice in a week and what a good feeling I have now. We have to understand that Dandruff is not always the same on all heads. Some have more some have less. For some shampoo like head and shoulders could be perfect and for some not enough. I have to say that I wasted money on head and shoulders because like I said it did not do the job perfect. So my recommendation is if you use shampoo like head and shoulders which says it helps but it does not then use this as it will 100% help. Very happy and I highly recommend.

Cleared It Up in Just Over a Week
I’d never had dandruff before, then randomly developed it last year and couldn’t shift it. Found this while browsing Amazon and thought I’d give it a go.Used it for just over a week and it completely cleared up the issue. Seven months on and it hasn’t come back. The shampoo didn’t irritate my skin and the smell is fairly neutral.I was happy with the price too, especially considering how effective it was. I can’t comment on how it performs with regular use or compare it to other brands, but for a short term fix, it worked perfectly for me.

AnHonest Review...
I ordered the the Nizoral Anti-Dandruff Treatment Shampoo after seeing a ton of positive reviews on Amazon. With all the hype, I was really hopeful that it would be my ultimate solution for pesky dandruff. I got my bottle in January 2024, and I’ve been using it regularly since then.First off, let's talk about the good stuff. I did notice that some of my dandruff cleared up after using it, and my scalp felt less itchy, which is a huge relief. It’s always nice to find a product that brings even a little bit of comfort when you’re dealing with flakes and irritation. Plus, the scent is pretty pleasant—definitely not medicinal or overpowering, which is a bonus! However, I can’t help but feel a bit mixed about the whole experience. While it did help with some of the dandruff, it didn’t completely eliminate it for me. I was really hoping for a miracle, but it seems like I still have a bit of a battle on my hands.Another thing that stood out to me was the price—it feels a bit steep, especially given the small size of the bottle (only 60ml). I mean, when you’re dealing with something like dandruff, you want a product that feels worth the investment. I can’t shake the feeling that I might be paying a premium for a solution that, while helpful, isn’t quite hitting all the marks.Overall, I’d say Nizoral has its strengths, but it might not be the holy grail for everyone. If you're looking for something to tackle mild dandruff, it might be worth a shot. Just be prepared that it might not be a complete fix, and keep an eye on your budget!
