Good quality coffee at a good price

This is a really dependable everyday coffee bean blend that delivers a smooth, balanced cup without being overly strong or bitter. The mix of Arabica and Robusta creates a nice middle ground — flavourful enough to feel satisfying, but still easy to drink throughout the day. The medium roast works well here. It brings out a slightly chocolatey, nutty profile with a mild richness, while keeping acidity low. It’s not an overly complex specialty coffee, but it’s very consistent and reliable, which is exactly what I want from a daily brew. I’ve used these beans in both an espresso machine and a bean-to-cup setup, and they perform well in both. Espresso comes out with a decent crema, and milk-based drinks like lattes and cappuccinos work especially well with this blend. The intensity level of 5/10 feels accurate it’s not too strong, so it suits a wide range of tastes and is ideal for households where people prefer a more balanced coffee rather than a bold dark roast. I like Lavazza coffee very much. My preference is for a strong and bold cup of joe, medium roasted. I purchased a 250g bag of ground coffee to try before I committed to a larger bag. I was keen to freshly grind coffee in the morning - so decided to go for a 1KG bag of beans which should last a month as I only drink one strong cup a day. Opening coffee bags is always difficult because it is sealed very tight - this is no exception That's a good thing in my opinion because it means it is well sealed. Once opened the aroma hits you; fresh, clean and strong. I decanted the bag into an airtight container and put it in the fridge as instructed. I just hand ground some beans and put it through my Aeropress coffee maker. First impressions, the cup of coffee is great and very close to the pre ground bag I purchased first - I didn't grind the coffee as fine as that bag though. I will go finer and report back - I expect it will be a stronger hit! These beans are really good quality and the resulting cup is flavourful and I look forward to experimenting more to get that perfect cup. *UPDATE* I finely ground the beans just now - not as fine as espresso but closer to french press - and put it through my Aeropress - these beans are really good - producing a smooth and rich cup of coffee. For the price, these are really worth it.

Es una gran cafe tanto para espresso como para combinaciones

No soy una experta en café, tenedlo en cuenta, si no una consumidora normal que sabe lo que le gusta y lo que no. Compré este café para probar en una semiautomática, llevada por las demás opiniones, la marca conocida y que tenía una muy buena promoción. Me gustó mucho, tiene un aroma muy interesante y es medianamente fuerte, aunque sin llegar a ser muy potente. A los demás que lo probaron en mi casa también les gustó. Para variar y tras acabar este, me di el capricho de irme a uno mucho más caro y también una marca que sé que me encanta. Pues volveré a este ya que creo que tiene el aroma y el sabor fuerte adecuado. El otro que probé estaba tan tostado que el café salía demasiado potente, como "matando" el resto de sabores, y aunque sin duda es una cuestión de gustos, me di cuenta que me gusta el café fuerte, pero sin exagerar. Creo que el Rossa está en un equilibrio que a mí personalmente me satisface más que de sobra, con una intensidad equilibrada que no se pasa ni por flojo ni por muy fuerte. Yo volveré a repetir compra y en calidad precio además me parece que tiene otro punto más, ya que cafés de marca decente como es Lavazza y otras, los precios suelen estar por encima de este. Tened en cuenta que este en particular lleva café arábiga y robusta, haciéndolo algo más fuerte y también con más cafeína que los que sólo llevan arábiga. A mi eso me va bien. Además el robusta le aporta más crema al café. Yo creo que tiene una cantidad decente de crema sí, pero tampoco muchísimo, quizá aquí se quede corto para algunas personas.
