I have a water softener on my water system which comes from our own borehole - as such we never get limescale in our kettle et -would we still need it

Did any of these people read your question? Realise it's an old question but no where do you mention bottled water. A water softener in your system properly functioning means you don't need to descale the coffee machine, if you notice your kettle start to fur up. Consider running a treatment through your coffee machine.

Will this work on a ninja coffee bar machine

In all honesty I have no idea if it will work. But having had two coffee machines years ago wrecked from using a descaler/cleaner not recommended by the manufacturer I wouldn't risk it without contacting Ninja to see what they recommend.

This is ridiculous. I've bought this product, there are no English instructions. Please can anyone tell me how to use this product?

Can I use this on a Gaggia Brera bean to cup machine?

I have only used it on my Delonghi. But if yours has a Descartes programme, you just add the solution to water and the programme does the rest so I don't see why not.
