does the wd my passport for mac 2tb USB3 version fit this case

Dimensions of your drive, as found on an Amazon web page, are 11.1 x 8.3 x 2.3 cm. This is about the same size at the Elements drive. The case should be OK.

Would this case be ok for a Fiio headphone amp Fiio A3 (Kilimanjaro 2) .Thanks

Yes it would. My hard drive has about the same external dimensions as your amplifier and has room to spare in the case.

Will this case fit a Seagate Backup Plus 1TB 2.5" hard drive?

I guess if the dimension of hard drives is 2.5" then most probably it will fit in this cover.

The case is hard free and mesh fabric looking cover. I have found that it cleans easy if you get a stain on the surface, just try to clean it straight away ,as i don't know what will happen it you leave it to dry and it soaks into the material
