Can this pillow be washed at 60 degrees?

No it can't...40 degrees. Hope this helps?

Have any side sleepers bought these pillows? If yes, are you happy with them? I'm struggling to find a comfortable pillow.

I think that on that kind of pillow you can only sleep on the side. It hurts my neck if I lay on the back. I only sleep on the side and it really allows your back to relax as the spine is perfectly lined up. I have bars in my back from an operation to straighten a scoliosis so I am very sensitive and I have good nights since I bought it.

Order was cancelled but haven’t received refund?

I suggest you contact customer services again

Can you put them in a dryers
