These iron supplements are fantastic. Little capsules filled with energy beads. I've had noticeable uplift in energy since I started them. Also they have no impact on my bowels. I take them after food, steering clear of caffeine for an hour either side. They also contain all the folic acid and vitamin b12 I need. As a female veggie this is perfect. Much gentle than other iron supplements, no side effects noticed. Easy to swallow, about the size of a paracetamol capsule. Fully coated so no noticeable taste or smell like you get with uncoated iron tablets. A forever daily supplement for me, and significantly cheaper than many on the market.

Really good I can not take normal iron tablets with sensitive IBS but these worked, no stomach problems at all

Only buy these not ordinary iron pills they must say gentle iron otherwise send them back as the others although red box are not the same these are superb if you need a bit of help I don't eat meat so are perfect for me highly reccomend if you need iron

Genuine Review: I have been using this vitamins for three days and they are amazing. I am a woman in her 30's and live a generally healthy lifestyle, however I struggle with low energy and fatigue. After taking these vitamins I feel less tired and can get up and do things, where before I felt sluggish. I am also a tea drinker and read to leave 60-90 minutes between and having these vitamins as they tea is an 'iron blocker'. In short, I would highly recommend these vitamins and I will be buying them again. I will say I bought them in the sale as they are quite expensive but they are worth the money!
